It is essential you fill the registration form below
out completely and correctly. All information will appear exactly as entered
in the college coaches recruiting book. Incomplete forms may be denied entry.
Pictures are encouraged, but optional and must be emailed
as a .jpeg attachment with Firecracker Showcase Camp <Your
Name> in the subject line. You will have a profile sheet made
for you similar to this sample.
Be sure to follow the directions to the right of each field.
If it says seperate by comma or a slash, make sure you do it or your form
will not come out correctly.
Important: After clicking send at the bottom
of the form, click continue on the next page after verifying your information.
Please print a copy for your records.
